PIAL prepares and manage the regulatory process of rates and forms filings for approval by the Louisiana State Office of the Insurance Commissioner.  We prepare and distribute Advance Planning Notices and Circulars detailing the status of these filings to our members and subscribers.  These Circulars are available in the members-only section.

We work closely with the Pricing and Municipal departments to process and publish the specific Louisiana loss costs, grading and maps that result from PIAL’s inspections and gradings.  These are distributed by mail or electronically to companies and agents/brokers.
