Assessment Information
Assessments are based on the proportion of direct Louisiana written premiums for the preceding year as reported on the Annual Statement to the Insurance Commissioner. For that purpose, the PIAL collects Page 14 data annually, normally during the months of April & May of each year.

On-line Submission: The on-line entry form (will be available the 1st week of April)
- Enter data across the columns in whole numbers
- Enter “0” when reporting zero premium as each data field must be completed
- Enter a total for each column

- Phone Number
- Fax Number
- Email address
Click on the “Submit” button. A “Thank You Message” will appear to confirm successful submission.
